68 // Afraid to Watch Your Acting Self-Tapes, Listen to Yourself Sing, or Look at Your Creative Work? ONE Way to Overcome These Fears!

Hey creatives, actors, singers, dancers, and artists, you KNOW how hard it can be to look back at your past work. Whether, it's looking at self-tape auditions, performances, rehearsals, earlier artistic work, or masterpieces, we tend to experience anxiety over looking back on our work. In this episode, I talk about a major mindset shift that all creative people need when it comes to looking back on creative work so we can overcome this fear and be able to assess ourselves lovingly and intentionally so we can grow creatively!

We talk about:

  1. Learning opportunities

  2. Pairing critiques with positive feedback

  3. The COURAGE it takes to do creative work!

  4. And more!
